When I thought of automatic watches, all the exotic brand names came up (Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Movado, Breitling, Tag Heuer, etc.) and I realistically just said no. So then I looked toward more affordable Japanese watches which have improved significantly over time and Seiko crossed my mind (especially since I've owned two Seiko watches before) and then... The Seiko SNK607/SNK607K1 caught my attention. After looking at most of the models in my price range, I chose this watch simply because it looks more modern and sleeker than the rest of the other Seiko 5 series. I had no clue what an automatic was before I owned this but as long as you keep moving your arm, you will never need a battery.
